Hey, I'm Paul.
I've spent the last ten years messing around in Twitch and the creator scene. Not as a pro streamer, but helping out friends who are. Helping their channels get bigger, clip feedback, editing at 11pm because they had to ship the next day.
That daily grind is where Snowball came from.
The problem nobody took seriously
You know the deal: a 4-hour Twitch stream, gold buried all over the VOD, three hours to pull out decent clips. And then you still have to post them at the right time. CapCut, Premiere, manual editing, a freelance editor at $300/month. Every option is bad in its own way.
The thing is, nobody ever built a tool for streamers. CapCut was built for TikTok creators in general. DaVinci or Premiere take forever, even once you know what you're doing. Submagic and Opus are great for podcasters, but they hit a wall fast with gaming. None of them understand streamers: VOD import, 9:16, the recurring moments (kill, banger, fail), publishing to three platforms at once.
